DHCare is a newly formed healthcare platform addressing the needs of people with reduced mobility in the post-acute care market, including at-home care and nursing care facilities, across Europe. The platform was created in January 2026, following Rhône Fund VI’s acquisitions of U.K.-headquartered Direct Healthcare Group (“DHG”) and the global operations carved out from U.S.-headquartered Invacare Holdings that are outside North America and principally in Europe (“Invacare Europe”). DHG is a leading manufacturer of pressure ulcer prevention mattresses and safe moving and handling equipment. Invacare Europe is a leader in the mobility and homecare devices sector, with a broad portfolio of brands across manual and power wheelchairs, power add-ons for manual wheelchairs, and related accessories.
