Founded in 1996 by Robert F. Agostinelli and M. Steven Langman following their successful careers in cross-border mergers and acquisitions with Goldman Sachs and Lazard.

Our vision

We operate with a “one firm” philosophy, uniting our global offices and skill sets into one fluid and cohesive company, culture and approach to find strategic investment opportunities in transatlantic middle-market companies. We specialize in carve-out acquisitions and partnerships with founding families and entrepreneurs.

Our operating model brings together custom-tailored internal and external specialists with our experienced team of investment professionals to work intimately with the Board of Directors and management teams of each portfolio company.
