Headquartered in Sabadell, Spain, Fluidra is a leading global manufacturer of residential and commercial pool equipment with a portfolio of highly recognized pool equipment brands such as Astralpool, Jandy, Polaris, and Zodiac. The company’s branded product portfolio includes pool cleaners, heaters, pumps, filters, valves, water care equipment, automation solutions, lights, dehumidifiers and pool covers, as well as other fluid handling products. Fluidra employs more than 5,500 people and distributes its pool equipment in over 45 countries through a network of managed outlets, distributors, retailers, builders, and buying groups.

Fluidra represents the merger between the listed Spanish company of the same name and Zodiac, which Rhône owned prior to the merger. Rhône acquired U.S.-based pool equipment manufacturer Zodiac in December 2016. In November 2017, Zodiac and Fluidra signed a definitive agreement to merge the companies in exchange for stock, with the transaction closing in July 2018. The merged company, which retained Fluidra’s name, is now the global leader in the pool equipment industry.
