Prior to joining Rhône in 2018, Mr. Hayes worked as a Controller and Executive Director at CIFC LLC. Before that he was an Assistant Controller and Corporate Reporting Financial Officer at Primus Asset Management. Mr. Hayes received a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
