Biography

Ms. Steiner joined Rhône in 2007 as General Counsel and became a Managing Director in 2018. From 1999 until joining Rhône, Ms. Steiner was a corporate associate in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she provided counsel to Rhône among other clients. While at Sullivan & Cromwell, Ms. Steiner’s primary practice areas were the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups.

Ms. Steiner received a J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law and is admitted to the bar in the State of New York. She graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in American Studies.
