Biography

Marianne Kirkegaard served as CEO of Baker & Baker (formerly CSM Bakery Solutions) from 2016 until August 2021. Following the completion of the sale of Baker & Baker’s North American business (Brill) in August 2021, Ms. Kirkegaard became Baker & Baker’s Executive Chairman.

Ms. Kirkegaard holds a Bachelor of International Business and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining Baker & Baker in 2011, as Global Chief Commercial Officer, Ms. Kirkegaard served in various roles and geographies at Unilever – where she began her career in 1993 – most recently as Unilever’s Chief Commercial Officer of CEE.

She became a Senior Advisor to Rhône in 2021 and a Managing Director in 2023 and serves as a Director on the Boards of illycaffè and Wahoo Fitness, in addition to her Executive Chairman role on Baker & Baker’s Board. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Pandora Jewelry and the Faerch Group.
