Biography

Glenn Eisenberg joined Rhône as a Senior Advisor in April 2025. He served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Labcorp (NYSE: LH), a global life sciences company, from June 2014 until December 2024 when he announced his retirement, and served as special advisor to the CEO through April 2025.

Prior to joining Labcorp, Glenn served as executive vice president, finance and administration, and chief financial officer at The Timken Company, a global manufacturer of highly engineered bearings and alloy steels. He previously served as president and chief operating officer of United Dominion Industries, a global diversified industrial company, among other executive roles there.

Glenn has extensive executive global public company leadership experience across multiple industries. As a public company CFO and COO, he has expertise in operations, strategy, finance, capital structure, mergers & acquisitions, enterprise risk management, information technology, talent management, communications, investor relations, and corporate governance. He currently serves on the boards of Solventum (NYSE: SOLV), Synlab, AmSurg and US Radiology Specialists, and has held board roles at several other public companies.

Glenn received his B.A. from Tulane University and his M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
