Biography

Mr. Mundt joined Rhône in 2006, became a Managing Director in 2018, and has been leading Rhône’s London office since 2021. Over his tenure at Rhône, Mr. Mundt has worked on opportunities in North America and Europe in a wide range of sectors, including industrials, chemicals, food & beverage, consumer goods, and retail. He also contributes to the coverage of the German-speaking markets. Prior to joining Rhône, Mr. Mundt worked in the industrial M&A investment banking division of Rothschild in London and previously undertook strategy consulting work in industry.

Mr. Mundt currently serves on the Board of Directors of Baker & Baker, Lummus Technology and Rexair, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Terphane. He has also been involved with Rhône’s investments in Almatis, Coty (NYSE: COTY), Elizabeth Arden (NYSE: RDEN), and Quiksilver (NYSE: ZQK). He is a graduate of the University of Oxford, where he received a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Management, with first class honors.
