Biography

Mr. Stern joined Rhône in 2023 as an associate. Mr. Stern also currently serves as Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at WeWork Capital Advisors, a private real estate investment platform, which sponsors institutional fund and co-investment programs. Mr. Stern is active in acquisitions, leasing, development, financing, and dispositions of the platform’s North American real estate portfolio. Prior to this, Mr. Stern was an Associate at the WeWork operating company. Mr. Stern received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
