Biography

Prior to joining Rhône in 2023, Mr. Giovannone was a Principal at Investindustrial in New York and in Lugano, Switzerland, where he focused on LBO investing in the USA and in Europe, and supported the launch of their New York office. Prior to joining Investindustrial in 2016, Mr. Giovannone spent 14 years at Lazard in Milan and in New York, where he was a Director, providing mergers and acquisitions advisory in the consumer and industrial sectors. Mr. Giovannone started his career at Benedetti, Rossi & Partners in Milan, where he focused on merger and acquisitions.

Mr. Giovannone received a B.S. in Finance from Bocconi University.
