Biography
Prior to joining Rhône in 2025, Mr. Wess was a Private Equity Associate at Lone Star Funds in London. Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in London. Mr. Wess received his Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
