Biography

Mr. Flynn joined Rhône in 2008 as an Associate, after completing an internship in 2007, and became a Managing Director in 2018. During his tenure at Rhône, Mr. Flynn has developed expertise in the industrial sector, including chemicals, minerals and materials, and also contributes to the coverage of the Spanish-speaking markets. Prior to joining Rhône, Mr. Flynn worked at The Boston Consulting Group and Citigroup, where he was involved in a broad range of strategic and operational engagements.

Mr. Flynn currently serves on the Board of Directors of ASK Chemicals, Maxam, and Paragon Films. He received a B.A. in Industrial Engineering with highest honors from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School.
