Mr. Griffin joined Falco Enterprises in 2017 as Operating Executive for IT. He graduated with a degree in Computer Science before starting his professional career in 1991 when he joined the IT Security consulting team of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, assisting the audit teams with security and control reviews. He joined GE in 1993 as IT Leader for GE Superabrasives, an Industrial Diamond manufacturing business, and was based in Dublin.

Between 1993 and 1999, he progressed through various program and P&L IT leadership roles for GE Plastics in Asia and the U.S., before being appointed Chief Information Officer for GE Plastics Americas in 2000. Kevin was focused on digitalization of business processes and eCommerce development as well as enabling business productivity and growth through various IT initiatives. In 2002, Kevin joined GE Capital as Chief Information Officer for the Equipment Management businesses in Europe. Integration and rationalization of IT platforms was his key focus in this role. Between 2004 and 2011, he took on progressively larger IT leadership roles for GE Capital’s Commercial Finance businesses in Europe, successfully integrating several commercial banking acquisitions. Subsequently, Kevin assumed the overall IT leadership role for all of GE Capital’s International businesses, across all product lines and advanced a “digital first” IT strategy to drive business growth. From 2015, Kevin led the IT program to support the divestiture of GE Capital’s international businesses which represented over $100 billion in assets.
