Biography

Ms. Lin joined Rhône in 2018 as Director of Compliance and also works with Rhône leadership to define and execute on the firm’s ESG strategy. Prior to joining Rhône, Ms. Lin was a Partner, member of the Operating Committee and Compliance Business Group Leader at DLA, LLC, where she advised Rhône and other private equity and asset management firms on compliance and regulatory matters. Before that, she was a Vice President of Compliance at Deutsche Bank. Ms. Lin is a founding board member of The DLA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and received a B.A. in Economics from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
